Professional Background
Carolyn was part of a team that rolled out the EHR, Epic, to approximately 350 providers, including 26 specialties. She has done builds for both Epic and Allscripts, and is certified in Allscripts Enterprise. Carolyn’s extended experience includes participation in workflow design groups, customization for individual providers, Go-Live support, portal planning teams, and working with a technical team to roll out EKG direct to Epic. She has been in charge of configuration and support in the clinics with whom she’s worked. Carolyn has also done one-on-one provider training, as well as creating training curriculum.

Motivation
 “I feel passionate about this industry and technology. I lived through the technology transition in the CAD industry and wanted to make a difference in the healthcare industry and found that my skills easily transferred.”

Personal
Carolyn grew up in Peoria, IL and now lives in Snohomish, WA with her husband, three children, three cats, and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys attending sports activities, gardening, and walking her dogs.
